The steaks are high!

The opening of a new restaurant calls for the right staging of the dishes, interior photography, and portraits as well. Owner Vlatka Bijelac was well aware of this - so she took a swing at it with her butcher's cleaver and smiled for the camera like a true pro. Her head chef followed suit immediately.
