But subjectively speaking, we have to say that with his menus, Munich's three-Michelin-starred chef Jan Hartwig has not only conquered the hearts of restaurant critics but ours too. His spectacular dishes are a visual work of art. Apart from food photography, we portrayed the culinary master and his team.
