Christoph Rainer, the Michelin-starred chef, is at the helm of gourmet restaurant Luce d'Oro at five-star hotel Schloss Elmau. During the photo shoot, not only were the dishes impressive, but also the head chef's sense of humor. By the way, the restaurant name Luce d'Oro is Spanish for "the golden light." The restaurant name perfectly matches our motto "Light is key!" - after all, in food photography, light is always worth its weight in gold!
