This is what it looks like when 6 Gault&Millau toques work together. On the evening of January 8, 2016, Hubert Wallner shared his kitchen realm at Seerestaurant Saag Ja with Harald Irka of restaurant Saziani Stub'n. The two three-Gault&Millau-toque chefs turned out to be a culinary dream team. As expected, guests were overwhelmed by the culinary delights. And we had the privilege of providing the accompanying food photography and food reportage on location.
