French star chef in action.

Alain Passard is a French chef who runs his own restaurant L'Arpège in Paris. As vegetables are taking centre stage in his cuisine, the French three-Michelin-starred chef is growing his own vegetables for the restaurant and is well-known for his unique garden to table ethos. His restaurant is regarded as one of the best in Europe. At our shooting with the master chef we gathered unforgettable impressions and a lot of pictures from an oustanding chef.
