When three-Michelin-starred chef Rasmus Kofoed from restaurant Geranium in Copenhagen is cooking, everything is superb. Calm and relaxed and at the same time extremly focused and perfect. A pleasure to watch but also to photograph. And one thing is for sure: The art of Danish "Hygge" is also transferable to the kitchen.
