On September 7, 2017, legendary star chef Heinz Winkler took the helm at restaurant brix 0.1 in South Tyrol. The chef displayed his entire culinary repertoire while we made use of our photographic repertoire: architectural shots, food photography, food reportage shots and professional portraits - all in one evening!
