Arnaud Lallement always knew that he wanted to be a chef. He received his first Michelin star when he was only twenty six years of age. His second Michelin star came at age thirty and his third in 2014. Chef Arnaud Lallement runs the family owned restaurant l’Assiette Champenoise with a lot of love and passion and creates timeless dishes that are a tribute to the wonderful Champagne region.
