Shake it, baby!

Bailoni is a textbook example of an Austrian company with a long-standing tradition. The people at the first apricot distillery in Austria's Wachau region have been passing down their know-how in apricot processing for four generations. Their schnapps and liquor are an enjoyable affair when consumed straight, but also a formidable choice for a range of cocktails. And it was exactly this range that we shot for Bailoni.
