Culinary artwork as a centerpiece.

On November 27, 2017, Christian Bau shared his kitchen with French two-Michelin-starred chef Alexandre Couillon of restaurant La Marine in Noirmoutier for the first time. Visually as well as in their tastes, the two different styles of the chefs were a perfect merger.
