An exceptional chef.

Sergio Herman is an exceptional chef and autodidact at the same time. His professional career started at the restaurant of his family, the "Oud Sluis" in the Netherlands. He made it all the way to the top and led the restaurant to the top of the world. At the moment he already achieved everything in the gourmet world, he decided to close his restaurant and focus on new projects. We took place at one of those projects and had the great honor to be the photographic entourage of that day.
