Yes, it truly was a delightful 4-Hands-Dinner at Victor's Fine Dining. For this special evening, Christian Bau got his colleague Hans Neuner of Portugal's Ocean Restaurant to share the kitchen with him. The portraits and food shots can be found in the Food Reportage section.

Yo Brixen, here we are!
Legendary chef Heinz Winkler impressed guests at restaurant brix 0.1 in South Tyrol with an ingenious menu. We accompanied the evening photographically with food photography and a food reportage that can be seen in our project Heinz Winkler at brix 0.1. Of course, some making-of photos are included, as well.

Food photography at Süllberg in Hamburg, Germany
In July 2017, we went to Hamburg, Germany to do food photography - to be precise, food photography with the likable two-Michelin-starred chef Karlheinz Hauser at Süllberg. "Models" included poke-bowls from the newly opened restaurant Pokè you on Ballindamm as well as wonderful gourmet dishes from the in-house restaurants Seven Seas and Deck7. Here are some snapshots from that day.

What our making-of shots do not show is that the shoot was a wrap in no time at all thanks to the meticulous preparation of the chefs. What they do show are some looks behind the scenes.

Koch.Campus goes East Tyrol
On January 9, 2017 Koch.Campus Austria, including some of the best chefs in Austria, met at Gannerhof in Innvervillgraten. Top chefs showed their dishes centered around the main theme of "alpine winter cuisine" and provided lots of useful insights into preservation and fermentation techniques. Of course, we couldn't miss out on a team shot of the chefs.
